- The facts about your business and offer. We can structure and edit them; original copywriting is scoped separately.
- Photography
- Real photos of your team, products, or premises — or a budget for a shoot. We don’t use stock images to stand in for your business.
- Approvals
- A named person who can review and approve structure, design, and content at each stage.
- Accounts
- Access to your domain, hosting, and CRM accounts — ideally held in your business’s name, so you retain control.

- Do we own the work?
- The bespoke code, documentation, and account access agreed in your contract are handed over so your business retains control. Third-party services and licences — hosting, SaaS subscriptions, paid APIs — stay under their own providers’ terms.
